Paul, to most boomers, the only event they have seen in their lives relating to gold is the 79-80 spike and subsequent collapse. They have experienced the biggest bull ever in stocks just as they moved from hippiedom to yuppiedom. They will, until proven otherwise, stick with what they know. History is not looked on as having much to teach us anymore.... I view this scenario as extremely dangerous.
