I don't think there is going to be a delay on WIN98. It has been shipped. Suppose to be available to public in June. I read in WSJ today that the injunction hearing would not be until late summer or early fall. That seemed kind of strange. Usually injunction hearings are held quickly but I believe that was what it said. Anyway, PC makers should have WIN98 by now. I watched Dell's interview this morning and the question about MSFT was just a "what if" question.

No one should think about shorting DELL based on the possibility of it not getting WIN98.
