I've learned the hard way that often there is a good reason why a stock is trading at a low price -- and just because it is low doesn't mean it can't get lower. I think the "good upside" and "undervalued" are the better things to consider. After the past two weeks, almost any stock in the sector would qualify. (If you are looking for the more volatile stocks, possibly take a look at FGII and CDG.)
