I forgot to mention on the issue of proposals - 93% of the shares voted for all of the resolutions as recommended in the proxy statement. Ken H. emphasized that the BOD was "very involved" in the recent board meeting. I think it is important to keep in mind that the reimbursement of BOD members is minimal by anyone's standards - and Ancor is probably getting a lot more than they are paying for - for some reason.
