..... to reiterate the obvious I guess. Bramson has repeatedly stated in 10Qs and Ks that the AXC stock price could be subject to unusual volatility specifically because of keepered media speculation. Therefore he fully understands the medium term risks for the stock price if KM negotiations should fail. And yet he buys 400,000 shares at just below 7. Hmmmm.
