I don't understand your comment re: "More competition in Canada:

It looks more like Rogers, which has been bleeding Red Ink since inception, is continuing to shed assets and businesses to whittle down some of its $5B worth of debt. MetroNet, through the acquisition, moved its business plan up by about 3 years.

Where is there "more competition" in this announcement?
