This is really much ado about nothing. Just another pathetic attempt by David Evans of Bloomberg to make the company look bad. Cleverly timed to appear right after the ADA announcement.

Dr. Hochman did his research before he got options. He said so. If he forgot to inform after submission, does that mean the product doesn't work?

It even says in the article that the Dean of the USC school of dentistry couldn't believe how good the device was. If Malamud didn't disclose his relationship with the company so what. Does that mean that the device it doesn't work?

The disclosure in the second Compendium article that Krochak wrote was omitted due to an error on the publisher's part. Does that now mean that he is a fault and the device doesn't work?

These guys do deserve some form of compensation and if the company had no cash to pay at the time, what were they supposed to do?

If David Evans would just go and get a shot or two maybe he would see what this is all about. Then he could get his life back together again, drop his vendetta against Milestone, and do something useful with himself -- like go to dental school.
