Ed: I'm no expert on this, but it seems to me that when DFR first discovered the ore body in Labrador, everything was kept hush hush while they acquired additional land in the area. I think things were more advanced when word finally got out. That wasn't as hard to do as it would seem because remember, they were originally looking for diamonds in Labrador, so no one was monitoring their actions anything like DML etc. are being monitored today. Now I'll stand back and let the real experts come in and correct me <ggg> Tom McIlwain
