I was trying to remember, hence the question mark. Maybe the term was registered ? RAM. I can not find the reference now. I did see references to 512 MB SDRAM or 1 GB EDO RAM. I think the cacheable RAM on the BX board will still be limited by the 512 cache in the PII chip.
