Can someone explain the "reverse split" aspect of this? If I understand it correctly, in general, a private company wanting to go public quickly finds a poorly performing public company, and that public company does a huge reverse split, increasing the amount of its shares so that it can "buy" the private company, say a 51% interest, and in effect the private co. goes public, but the shareholders of the public company lose an incredible amount of value. Now, yes, I see by post #817 that Mgt says there will no reverse split, but then I wonder how they pull off going public? I got this scenario from Investor Relations at FLNK, which is how they did it. Thanks...and...Onward and Upward ICVI..and..Upward Again for DGIV...
