I read something about that in the other Celtic thread. Let's hope it does make a difference. I have watched Celtic for a while now - as a matter of fact I own quite a lot of shares - and feel that given the usual risks in exploration, Celtic is one of the better plays. I have seen no hype coming from this company, which is refreshing in this industry. I have a friend who was on their Board early on and he feels very positive about the quality of the principals.
