Hi all, I have been VERY tied up with regular job the last bit. Was involved with a new PBX install in Las Vegas. Haven't been following up much, I guess mostly because I can't actually change anything. From what I understand the deal/merger/whatever is still alive, but you never know until it's official. I am not actually all that surprised with a decline in the price, although I, like all of you, certainly hoped it wouldn't be this much. There was an expectation (partially generated by the M. Schaefer report) that we should have seen something major by now, that's fine as a hope, but as we all know deals have a way of taking longer than we hope/expect. That is the unfortunate part of getting coverage, if the timing isn't quite right the momentum can be lost. The financials have to be done by month-end and yes, I have also had indication that this new deal (no I still don't have the details either) must be completed shortly. I don't know if it evaporates or if some of the process simply must be restarted, if not completed on time. I will try and do some follow up over the next day or 2 and report back.
