Hi Gabard,

Thread seems to be going well. Question:

When a company issues warrants are all the current shareholders on the day of issue included or is there a preditermined date that most companies would say you would have to of owned on to be able to buy at this price.

also with dividends you have to own on a certain date well before the date dividends are paid.Y/N? varies?
