The 4th Qtr will be the testing qtr that would indicate if Jerrys' plan is starting to work (Reduce expenses). I will have to replay my tape, as I did not hear anything about the NFL being finalized soon. Also, the 14-20% cost of capital, I think, referred to the Lease/Back. If LearnStar is killed, it will be done in the 4th Qtr and thier content used on AOL either way. If Jerry come thur, he did indicate that the earnings for 1997 would be enormous (his words). He is also going to cut commissions and monthly maintain expenses. Currently they are $1,200 up-front and $190 a month. To be reduced 25% the first year and then 50% the second year. That has been a big drag on earns too. Jerry working on a performance plan for them too. Options will be based on meeting thier budgets. I did indicate that Jerry WAS IN CHARGE. When we do get in Europe, you can be sure that we will be making money. Glad to see that you are extending your stay for an additional qtr. Take care - Jim
