Sorry I didn't reread your profile before I replied.

I disagree with the policy of the DOJ and my own state not based on which group loses and which group wins. Besides enriching large numbers of the legal community and providing a media feast that is only now just beginning, the public will be the loser in a situation that in the end will be rendered moot.
