There's no doubt about it. To get a good clean fresh start, Walthers has got to go. Nobody is going to believe that he didn't know what was up. He signed the S-8s. The company might go on with Ken as Prez but who would trust things like news releases, official statements from the president or anything period. If he stays, it's going to take one hell of a fancy dancy statement on his part to clean up his reputation with the investment community. And I'm not even talking about his name in the videoconferencing business.
