Please...If you have evidence that this stock is a pump and dump as you call it give us the facts. Otherwise your attacks are nothing short of libelous. People won't flame you for having an opinion about a stock, but they will flame you when you make unsupported remarks about a Company claiming criminal wrongdoing by its management. I see by your profile that you are a lawyer by training. We need evidence from you for such outlandish claims...not opinion. I'm sure that you would agree that people do not heed warnings when there is an absence of facts...I would expect more from someone who is trained as you claim to be. I, for one, am sick of people who make flippant claims about companies and their management without regard for common decency or plain facts. You have stated that this company is a pump and dump. You did not even have the good sense to say it was at least your opinion. You laid it out for all as if it were the God 's honest truth. Well now it is put up or shut up time pardner. Habeas Corpus baby. Produce the body or get a lawyer I say, because if I were the Company and I read what you wrote I would send a white hot missile in the form of a lawsuit right in your general vicinity. You ever hear of Matt Drudge? You can't go around shooting your mouth off in a public forum without facts unless want to pay a heavy price. I think that unless you produce evidence to your claims, an apology is in order.

Sorry for the long post but I have had enough of the inane bullshit.
