I posted a few thoughts earlier in the asylum. Short of it, this is just another bald-faced scam of SH to bail him out of another worthless business venture. Apparently, to keep the license the holder has to line up a satellite manufacturer prior to May 31st - less than 2 weeks to negotiate and sign a multi-million dollar contract. All the while, these guys can't even make debt payments on time or build out their existing system.

Have you heard any subscriber numbers from the meeting?
