Just received a report on WSI from First Dunbar
Securities in Boston saying that from $3.5 million
revenue in 1997, the company should be able to grow
to a $75 million revenue in 1998 and to $150 million
in 1999. Cash flow, or EBITA, should increase
accordingly to about 25% of revenue. Compared to
the market cap/revenue of other similar small cap
solid waste companies of approx. 3.5-5.5, the WSI
market cap in a couple of years could reach $500
million.

They go on to say that on a fully diluted basis there
will be 11.1 mm shares outstanding, and with the above
market cap we could see the stock at $40-50 by the
end of 1999, and half of that by the end of this year.

The report is four pages long and contains a lot of
interesting material about the industry and WSI i
particular. Among other things they mention many
potential acquisitions which is now very realistic
with their new $60 million financing. It is also
encouraging that a firm like Prudential owns about
5% of WSI. For a copy of the report I suggest you
call Dunbar at 617-227-1112.
