Has it ever occurred to you that engineers might know how to make these much, much better? Ever wonder why race car drivers can walk away from 200 mph collisions and you die when the plane tunnels in at 150? There isn't much quality, is there? Have you ever asked if the luggage should become projectiles, if there should be no backup system if the engines fail, if the airframe shouldn't have some strength? Instead of having two more rows of seats to increase profits. Getting tired of being sprayed with insecticide on international flights (if you knew)? Catching the flu from recirculated air?
