The key to coverage will be the exclusionary wording in current and
reissued policies. How do your Liability and D&O policies read? Have you qualified
for cover? Did you want it?
As a retired Ins. man, I'm interested in what's out there and the
reception it is getting.
BTW, the Senate passed the immigration bill allowing in 95,000 alien
workers by an overwhelming majority. I expect it to go through the House expeditiously.
