Hey Mark, I think we once had a conversation about reading through 200+ posts at a sitting. It's like being with a beautiful date at a romantic movie with explosive digestive problems :-). I listened to the replay of the CC, and he mentioned that he had worked for a few years, if I remember correctly, as the VP of operations for a large retail company in CA that had annual revenues of 750MM. He said that his responsibilities included consolidating the resources of the company's division and had first came into the leasing business when he outsourced one of the divisions. If you listen to the CC he sounds very competent. Regarding the retail demand, I think that those who frequent the thread(myself included) tend to dismiss it's ability to influence those who lurk on the thread. At least from the emails I've received(not the droves thanking Mackie so profusely :-0), there are at least a few that I know of. The company could easily turn this whole thing around. Just a few simple steps to add credibility and give enough good faith and numbers so that everyone can valuate the company properly to say "Wow, this is a bargain". Jin. up too late.
