You have to qualify that statement.

1. $10,000 is risk capital for < $2 stocks.
2. Reward is 5x investment.
3. Window is 6 months.
4. Risk is 1/2 stake, you sell 50% decline.

Then, I think QDEK is a safe a play as any with a real chance of 5x investment. If I was really cautious i would wait until the next quarter figures are released but with safety comes missed profits if it moves. High risk, high reward plays are like that.
