I've seen very little discussion here of the Visa deal. Is this really good for CKFR?

Frankly, at first glance this looks like a shotgun marriage to me. Integrion insists that CKFR share the wealth with one of their members, and CKFR can hardly refuse. But what's in it for CKFR?

Here's what troubles me: e-bill customers who choose to pay their cable, telephone, electric, gas and insurance bills via Visa will NOT be generating fees for CKFR. Visa might even offer inducements such as frequent flyer miles to siphon off payments. I pay my son's college tuition bill by Visa now for that very reason, even though it would be much more convenient to use CKFR. To pay by VISA I have to fax instructions to the college. How much easier it would be if all I had to do was click.

Somebody straighten me out on this. Is Integrion turning out to be CKFR's enemy after all?
