Mason, this shouldn't have been a surprise to you, it wasn't to me. Krochak filed to sell stock in February. He received this stock as compensation for a big investment of his time, away from his practice, on the company's behalf. One could argue that getting paid in stock is a demonstration of his belief in the product. That doesn't take more than a little faith. It takes a good dose of cynicism, however, to assume that the company's researchers accepted payment for their conclusions rather than their time. Particularly if you've had the injection, as I know you have. In which case, their conclusions are no surprise.
