From what I can tell, PE's for several of these companies are as low as they have been in years. But remember, these companies are somewhat cyclical, and historical PE's may not be the best indicator. A high PE could simply mean that earnings suck. Of course, a low PE could also mean that earnings suck.

If you want to check out charts of historical PE's, go to bigcharts.com and use PE ratio as the lower indicator.

And, yes, there is considerable downside remaining if oil prices continue to drop and remain low. But, look on the bright side -- low oil prices will help many of the other sectors to climb.
