Scangraphics Unit, Sedona GeoServices & TREEV Announce Strategic
Cooperative Agreement
SpatialVision to be integrated with TREEV's OmniTREEV technology bringing Geographic
Information Systems capabilities to the desktop/laptop of TREEV's customers
LIMERICK, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 21, 1998-- Sedona GeoServices, Inc., a subsidiary of Scangraphics(R), Inc.
(NASDAQ: SCNG - news), today announced a broad ranging marketing and technology alliance with TREEV(R), Inc.
(NASDAQ/NMS: TREV - news). Based on this agreement, Sedona and TREEV(R) will work together to integrate
SpatialVision and OmniTREEV to target the $41.6 billion data warehousing market .

SpatialVision is a highly customizable product suite that supports geospatial data, query, visualization, and analysis using
Internet-enabled, platform-independent JAVA technology. Based on Java Bean component technology, SpatialVision easily
enhances enterprise line-of-business applications in a multitude of business sectors. OmniTREEV is a document management
engine which provides document management features for capturing, storing, retrieving and managing all file types, including
spatial, text, images, video and audio.
