Jim,
It's timing, Wal-Mart is ready to promote it's online business site now that they have some experience on the net. The company is ready to move forward as it is recognized as a legitimate computer supplier. When the stock was at 1.28 following the artificial run up I cautioned people to stay away. Now you have the opportunity to buy the stock at less than 1/2 the price and you also have the time value of the money you would have invested. If you position here you will be in the money quickly instead of the people who bought at 1.28 and are underwater.
The big problem with this company is identity. Avail computers built by ACI Micro that is owned by American General Ventures (AMGV)
Take a look at Dell, Dell computers, Dell Company name, what else do you need? How about Gateway computer? Who makes those, who owns it?
Consider IBM, no confusion there. Xerox? Compaq? Digital?
Avail? Get the point? All the high tech companies have one identity and consumers and investors have come to expect it.
How about a company name change to Avail?
