Recapping for you -- PKGP has discussed issuing a non-cash dividend in the form of warrants . No effective date; no strike/conversion price announced yet, I do believe. This is thought by some to be part of a concentrated effort by PKGP to squeeze out any "naked" shorts in the stock. Think in terms of a squeeze by summer, if it works.
