John: I think the issue has been identified here. It's concern about post y2k. The issue was discussed in detail on the conference call last week. Management is properly focused and are CONFIDENT about the long term. CEO Ravi Koka stated that there is already a back-log of legacy manitenance work that will continue to build as this work is deferred in favor of the more pressing y2k work. In addition, SEEC technology is perfect for the Euro currency conversion....another huge market. Ravi also has product releases in the pipeline for Data Warehousing and Web-enablement of legacy applications to facilitate e-commerce.

I believe that these are facts and not in the category I've referred to as "cavalier assertions."
