Dear John: Much as I would like to think you are right, I am afraid the most we could hope for is 35. It is my opinion that House doesnt want to sell and will not entertain any offers below 40. That being the case, I doubt BAY will be sold. Can only hope that all the negativity surrounding this stock lately proves to be incorrect. JDN
