Ok I'll give you a negative spin!!! Why in the hell didn't they announce this 2 days ago. Two days ago it looks like good timing, today it looks like pressure from the market made them react. Two days ago, this announcement maybe takes out this monster seller without massive damage, today it looks like they are throwing the stock a life saver. "Timing is everything".... here it is in spades.
