I rather thought any sensible people would ignore the opinions in Slate and the WSJ from now on as regards this case.

Oh, I don't know. The objective observers over on "How High" are always whining about how the WSJ is biased against Bill these days. Anything less than embarrassing obsequiousness is bias, I guess.

And Slate did have that great article deconstructing all the extra-legal PR lines that Microsoft had floated. That one made up for the famous Rick Rule rebuttal of Nader, I thought.
