I had played TPII already. Made a small fortune when it crossed 2...... My point with using them as an example is that they are a year 2k play, but they also offer groupware and other IT services to their clients. These contracts offer revenues to help the company survive until they can land the bigger contracts with y2k conversion work. Same example as this small company. They have identified a unique market opportunity with Airlink. Yet they realize that by having all their eggs in that basket, they might not be able to survive as the product takes longer and longer to be refined and marketed. By making this acquisition, they are putting a foothold on another lucrative machine/IT related process which will bring in much needed revenues immediately. Eric expects to have over 100 machines generating $2k/month in earnings to the bottom line within 90 days. Remember, they also intend to begin to license/sell (not quite sure which) these machines to partnering firms which will also result in $ profit immediately. This helps Eric diversify the company and reduce the reliance on rushing Airlink to market prematurely. This, in theory, should increase the valuation of our company quickly. Hence the move to do the reverse split (though I would submit it might have been better to simply authorize more shares). Mark
