no, the book value is not just 2.85, it did not include other land possesions and possible additions because the assays are not complete. of course costs to extract new assets are not included because they do not what they are yet, but a 200 million dollar company to there becasue they know how to work profit margins, if it wasnt profitable they wouldnt get them out. my broker was killing me on dgiv all the way from 1 buck to 6 bucks then bought it for himself, he was telling us all the last couple days to not buy icvi, you know the rest. most brokers are lazy and dont do dd. macker, make your own decision.
