I became involved as a private investor in October 1994 on the advice of a friend who had been told about Aquasol's patented cleaning system, which was particularly effective in the oil and gas exploration industry, both as a cleaner for equipment and for the sanitization of invert muds. The original intent was for the company to go public within few months. That didn't happen, it seems, because of internal management problems. Quite frankly, I don't know what happened during 1995 and much of 1996 as the company struggled to reorganize. I'm in Ontario, the company is in Alberta and since my stake is small, I tended to ignore it until I would get sporadic newsletters and updates. By early 1997 the present management team had taken over and things began to percolate. The notion of an IPO was revived and that's where we stood early this year. The only thing constant throughout my association with the company has been an abiding belief by everyone involved that the Aquasol Process has dynamite business possibilities if exploited properly.
