Hi Everyone and Dave,
Yes, the recent downturn in price on the short-run seems to be a main concern. I'll put it in two words, "HOT PAPER". We have insiders, from both NIR and Aquasol, who have patiently waited for this moment for years, let them take their earnings, NOW!!! As soon as they are out of the picture, the price will start moving upward. Let them dump!!! We'll pick at them like vultures and add to our positions.

I must be a little concern because we have management of NIR who are directors on two other companies: V.PTD and V.CMV. My concern maintains itself of the "OLD WIPPING BOY" venture capitalist story. In technical terms, subset management of more then one organization sells-off positions in one company's stock(the performer) to generate momentum in another. Thus, NIR would become the bank for the other two companies and we the stock holders of NIR will pay the premium for the movement of monies. So, you ask:" what do you do?", two options: you believe that management will maintain integrity and let the other two companies find there own existences or you make positions in V.PTD and V.CMV- this will insure overall increase in your portfolio and provide risk management in your NIR holdings.

Still" WALKING-TALL" NIR.

Rich
