In February an insider was attempting to sell 750,000 shares in a private placement. I saw the summary that was being shopped around by a small investment banker. The block also included a board seat. I think the insider was an early investor in the company.

I suspect this was that same block, but I am not sure. While this is not a positive signal, it is not necessarily negative for the company, as some private investors will want to exit a deal after being in it for such a long time. They also should have significant gains at current prices.
