Bill, Gambled is right on the mark. Managment should have known the 501(k_ would have been rejected. Their test isn't like anything on the market right now and why they thought it might get approval is a little baffling. Not only did they do a seriously bad job handling the news but it also seriously hurts their ability to do a secondary. They need to partner up with a much bigger company that is more experienced in the FDA process and politics. Marketing has always been their weak suit. A starter would be to name their products something besides "NMP-X". How are they going to build any brand equity on that clunker of a name? Damon
