I owned AIPN for a couple of days last year when it was 1/2 sold for a nice profit, would have held longer if I knew it would go to $ 7 in a month. Last May insiders bought hundreds of thousands of shares for 1/8 and have been selling hundreds of thousands of shares since October of last year. With oil @ $ 15 bbl and the oil field being in Kazakastan, and the insiders selling, and stock options being issued and financing needed (partner) to develop. I would say proceed with caution because this one sounds like the best days are behind them.
