A.S: CS is still one of the few that insists on in house Manufacture. The current trend is to out-source to the maximum preferably to the cheapest global source.

LU and NT and any others are only interested in Technology, Sales and marketing. I doubt they want CS's production units. Because of that , I believe CS is less attractive as a take over.

However the R&D and Sales Organisations of CS are good and these make it worthwhile for NT to form an Alliance.
