What cat? and from which bag?

I'm all for any action necessary to halt the WOTD/CVIA merger as it stands now, ie 300-1 split. I have a substantial amount of shares, have been mainly lurking since the huge volume week a while back, and have been speaking to CVIA (Jack) as I had questions. I will now be fully behind any future action, if necessary. Any information along these lines would be greatly appreciated.
