Pure H20 Bio-Technologies Announces Inducement
Resolution For $9,850,000 of Industrial Revenue Bonds
BOYNTON BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--May 21, 1998--Pure H20 Bio-Technologies,
Inc. (OTC BB:PHBT - news) announced that at the televised Tuesday May 19, 1998 meeting of the
Palm Beach County Board Of County Commissioners, the Board held a public hearing required by
federal tax law and adopted an inducement resolution for the issuance of $9,850,000 of Industrial
Revenue Bonds on behalf of Pure H20 Bio-Technologies, Inc. to finance a manufacturing facility in
Palm Beach County Florida.
After the approval of the bond issue Joseph P. Doxey, president of Pure H20 Bio-Technologies
stated ''This will provide the company with a state of the art production facility to manufacture our
complete line of biotech products designed to prevent and eliminate various types of microbiological
infection. A facility of this nature and size is essential due to the overwhelming interest in the
