TJS: Yes, I have heard the Dennis Casey rumors. Frankly, there have been so many possible scenarios and so much time has elapsed, that I wonder if any of it is worth talking about any more. These are the kinds of rumors the company should either deny or confirm. I don't expect them to give a blow by blow account of negotiations, if any, but, at least, a yea or nay as to whether anything is going on should be given. It does appear that the company generated about $270,000 less in the 1st Q 1998 than in last Q 1997. Perhaps this will be explained in the K & Q. They have to average around $4,333,000 per quarter from here on out to get to 15 million. It's a formidable task, but not impossible. Wes
