I know you are asking questions also. same ones i am asking. Problem is, i have the same answers as you. Go read EDGAR for starters. They explained they had to create another stock offering to create cash to pay off a brazilian investor that wouldn't let them (NVMH) use his saw mill until they bought him out. this cost 3 million. OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT. meaning-go read it because i very well could have it all wrong. it is on Free Edgar so ALL of you can read it. it is interesting reading.
