Let's hope Joe gives us some insight into the Dennis Casey rumor. I tend to feel there is something if Joe chooses NOT to respond. I cannot fathom why the stock price will appreciate without some favorable news. Things to look for:

1. A favorable ruling in the Hartmann/King litigation. Not necessarily a decision in the case, but some ruling favorable to AirStar.

2. Movement on the Proctor front.

3. A big jump in revenues for second quarter. That 10-Q is due, by the way, August 15th.

4. Granting of CLEC status to AirStar. (This is likely to be the first good news we'll see).
