><>...Afternoon Sam, How have you been?
Seems you are still trying to prove error in the inspired word of God. Oh Sam, if you live another 1000 yrs, you will never be able to accomplish that most impossible task. Try as you might. Neither you nor any of the very learned higher critics have ever been able to discredit anything written in the Bible. It is the inerrant, truly inspired word of God!
Now to your error.
Matt. 5:1-2 & Luke 6 17-20, are not at all in conflict. You see Sam the word plain as used in Luke is the Gr. word topos # 5117, which when translated means "a spot" in gen. a location, or a tract of land. In this case that tract of land, spot,or location, was referring to the mount.
So you see Sam one must look further than ones's nose, if they are going to stick their nose in to try to prove a thing either right or wrong.
God 1 Sam O
Have a good day Shalom...><> |
