All your worries will amount to a meaningless hill of beans Joe. What you say you are worried about is simply standard disclaimer language from the 10KSB.

I do my due diligence like no one you know. These contracts will continue and revenues will be added to in the future from many new sources as well.

I'm glad you didn't get in Joe because with such a small float you might actually make money.
