The obvious use is in the helmet mounted display, a camera could be used to track the movement of the eye. This is then used to slave a cannon or chain gun. Basically if the pilot see's something he can hit it. This is cool technology I've got to pick up some more.Also with signal multiplexing I'll bet that the vrd can be used simultaneously as both display and camera.
