jay..cpq exec's would not be allowed to exercise options and sell
stock if any kind of negatives news was there. even managers would be asked not to exercise and sell if something was there.
that's how squeecky clean they are. My stock didn't have insider on it but on several occassions I and ohters were called in and told stuff and asked not to trade.
look and see when they expired.
we are coming up on a 10 yr period when alot of options were granted..
so at the 10 yr period they have to exercise.
I'm bringing this up to say that buying jan puts soon may be right..
stocks needs to be higher..but you logic to get there is faulty.
Also, we have allot of exec's who left company..when that happens they usually exercise and take allot of cash..
I'll check the list.
I looked..all the recent stuff is by exec's that left copq.
did you looked at edgars..
who are they?? the gary stimac's are all exec leaving company.
